I love this! It works as promised.

Overall, I highly recommend this product. This will significantly improve your TV viewing experience if your TV is in a wide room where height or angle of the screen affects picture quality. Range of motion you get with this Unit is amazing! It may seem a little expensive, but if you add up free standing furniture pieces, they will cost quite more. Not to mention, free standing TV stands take away your valuable floor space, or can't give you excellent viewing angle whenever you want. If you have young kids at home, you can mount TV and a component rack on the wall, away from their reach, giving them more roaming space on the floor, and safe too.

Customer service is excellent too. I had a minor defect in the piece I received. Customer service took care of it right away. I got the replacement unit within a week. I give this 5 star because of excellent customer service too. (Thanks Valeria!)
